Oceanic house Comfort and spaciousness
Oceanic House is a detached house built in 2023, spacious, bright and fully equipped, ideal for groups or families. With 270 m² distributed over three floors, it offers the perfect balance between comfort, functionality and style. It is located just 150 metres from the surf school, restaurants and supermarkets, and a stone’s throw from Famara beach, in a quiet area with easy parking.
On the ground floor you will find an open plan lounge/kitchen, bathroom, interior patio and two private bedrooms. Upstairs, living room with TV, work room, second bathroom, large terrace and two more private bedrooms. Finally, the roof terrace awaits you with hammocks and spectacular views of the sea and the cliffs of Famara.

Surf House Vela Latina (S2)
Located just 100 metres from Famara beach and 150 metres from the surf school, bars, restaurants and supermarket, Vela Latina is a surf house designed for those looking for peace and quiet, good location and an authentic surfing atmosphere. Located in a very quiet area with easy parking, it is perfect for both single travellers and small groups.
The house has 200 m² on two floors and has three private rooms, each with its own style, fully equipped and with good natural light. All rooms offer space, ventilation and functional furnishings for a comfortable stay after a day of surfing.
Private Penthouse 30m2 (LA CUBIERTA) Maximum for 3 people: Cosy and bright with 1 double bed 135×200, a bed of 90 and a sofa-bed, living-dining room with TV32″, WIFI, equipped kitchen, private bathroom and sunny terrace with barbecue area, has 4 windows to the outside.

With 300 m² distributed over three floors, Green Waves is one of our most spacious surf houses, ideal for surfers looking for privacy without sacrificing a shared and friendly atmosphere. Located in Famara, just a few minutes from the beach, it is perfect for enjoying surfing and the relaxed Lanzarote lifestyle.
The house has 6 private rooms, all with single beds, functional furniture, ventilation and good lighting. Some have a terrace, others have views of the outside or sunny areas, allowing you to choose the option that best suits your needs.
